    We just stopped at A/W for a quick lunch, we had coupons for a burger , fries, drink, the server refused to substitute a small chocolate milk for the soft drink, the fries were cold and the burger was sloppily made.

    I was in this restaurant several times over the course several days with (only eating there once myself.) The staff was always friendly and helpful. The menu is the standard for the chain, and was prepared freshly and promptly.
