  The Baristas at Starbucks in Brantford are always kind and willing to accommodate special orders. They've always served myself, friends and co-workers with a smile. The staff seem really happy working for the company. I have a very particular order when I go to Starbucks and they're always happy to make my drink and always get me to leave with a smile on my face.

  I'm a sales rep so I'm on the road A LOT! Whenever I am in the Brantford area I always go out of my way to come to this Starbucks. Everyone here is SO friendly and kind, everyone is welcomed with a warm hello :) Such a great atmosphere!

  Service has gotten worse and worse over the years. They are often rude, snappy and not happy at all. Cups are often not filled to the top and it is hard to get a place to sit. I had an experience where they gave me a card for a free drink, I went to use it but apparently they do not do the free drinks anymore. So I had to pay for the remainder of my drink. Very very disappointed.

  Not many options, many are "temporarily out of stock" or "not sold at this location" when trying to order ahead. Some of the staff are rude and not very helpful. A lot of the patrons are snotty and childish and will borderline shove others out of the way for their orders.
  The service is quick when items are available and in stock for ordering. For the most part, the store is clean. The staff does a great job cleaning up after the slobby, adult children that make a mess of the place.
  If you're looking for a basic, over priced cup of coffee with the ocassional sass and elbowing, Starbucks West Brant is the place to go!
