  The beautiful restaurant was literally empty, we're the only table there, all night. The waiter, while very nice had a hard time leaving us alone, he ended up chatting with us for most of the meal which didn't leave much personal time for us.
  
  The bottled beer was slightly stale, likely from the low turn over. My wine was crisp and light, the starter house salad was well thought out and sophisticated in its flavours, the Branzino main course was perfection and my companion greatly enjoyed her Caesar salad and perfectly grilled Filet mignon.
  
  The owner seemingly has a reputation with the locals which is clearly why this little gem is not bustling with the activity it deserves. I think the bad rep is likely just a case of misinterpreting his loud, Greek style, and anyone can have a bad day. He seems a good guy, if perhaps a bit overpowering for some people.
  
  Food was a 4.5-5 but it was totally empty, if it was hopping and had activity to really get the atmosphere up, it would be a 5 star, no question.
  
  I wish them success, Brantford needs good dining like this, Cafe Andreou just needs a makeover at the front of the house to have the locals give it another shot. The food didn't disappoint.
